The accommodation at Penlan House Bed and Breakfast comprises of the following.

1 x Double Bedroom with its own bathroom. Colour television included in the room. Tea and coffee making machine included. All bath and hand towels are provided for each and every guest. Breakfast is served in our conservatory overlooking the private back garden.

Breakfast

Variety of cereals and porridge always available.

Fresh fruits including melon with strawberries, prunes, figs, grapefruit, oranges and seasonal variations.

Yoghurts.

Orange Juice, Mango Juice,  Apple Juice, Lime Juice, Pear Juice, Cranberry Juice or Raspberry & Pomegranate Juice.

Full fried English breakfast with choice of egg, bacon, tomatoes, sausage, mushroom, hash browns and toast.

Muffins, scrambled egg, poached egg, baked beans.

Boiled eggs with bread and butter.

Toast, bread and jams and marmalades.

Tea and Coffee.

All meats are from the local butcher and we use free-range eggs.

Vegetarian options available, please advise in advance of booking if you have any special dietary requirements.

Facilities

Penlan House provides ample off-road parking, together with a Barbeque area and an ample play area for children.

A guest lounge is also available for use by all residents.

Penlan House offers accommodation whether you would like self-catering or a bed and breakfast service.

Penlan House is ideally situated for local areas of interest. Shops, restaurant, petrol station and amenities are only 3 miles away and the local pub is 100 yards.

Penlan House is a fully non-smoking guest house and unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.

Payment Options

We accept cash or cheque with a valid bankers card only. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept credit cards.

Arrival

The Bed & Breakfast accommodation is available from 3pm on the day of arrival unless prior arrangements have been agreed.

Departure

The Bed & Breakfast accommodation must be vacated by 10:30am on the morning of departure and should be left clean and tidy.

Reservations

A non refundable deposit of £25 per person is required and this can be paid by cheque.

Final Accounts

The final accounts are payable on the day of arrival, guests wishing to settle their accounts by cheque must do so five working days before to allow bank clearance.

We also accept cash.

Cancellations

These will be charged if we are unable to re-book. Should we be able to re-book the whole or part of the property we shall credit the cancellation fee for the days re-booked, otherwise 100% of the original price of the holiday will be required.

To safeguard against such an event we strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance.

Please note that all bookings constitute a legally binding contract.

No Smoking

Penlan House is entirely non-smoking.

As a condition of booking any infringement of this condition will result with the individual or party being asked to leave with immediate effect and no refunds will be due. A £50 charge will be levied to cover extra cleaning costs.

Car Park

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or vehicles during your stay.

Damage

Any damage caused, for whatever reason, will be charged at full replacement cost.

Termination of Contract

The proprietors have the right to terminate a contract for any guest in our opinion who behaves unreasonably or adversly to the well being of other guests. In any such event no refund will be due.
