Welcome to Penlan House, a Self-Catering Accommodation and Bed & Breakfast set in the heart of Torrington, North Devon's beautiful countryside offering you rural peace and tranquility coupled with all the comforts of home.

Ideally situated for beaches, Dartmoor, Exmoor, fishing, RHS Rosemoor gardens and now the Tarka Trail for cyclists, Penlan House Bed and Breakfast is the perfect choice for overnight stays, short weekend breaks or longer holidays.

Penlan House can sleep 8 people in total, with one double room in the main house having its own bathroom and a three bedroom (two double bedrooms and and one twin room) annexe. Bed & Breakfast is available for all rooms and the annexe can be used by itself for self-catering if required,

Penlan House provides comfortable, well equipped accommodation, with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Penlan House is a fully non-smoking guest house and unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.

We are pleased to provide accommodation for cyclists and provide secure storage for bicycles and equipment, together with cleaning, tools etc. Close to Langtree Village Hall and ideally located for Bideford, Holsworthy and Torrington. We're also within easy driving distance of the Woodford Bridge Country Club, Milton Damerel.

Our local pub, The Union Inn, is only 100 yards away and serves affordable, high quality, home cooked meals.
